Stuffed Worcestershire Beef Logs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 chopped onion or 1/2 Tbsp. dry onions
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
6 strips Cheddar cheese (4 x 1/4-inch)
6 slices bacon
Preparation

Combine beef, crumbs, onion, egg, salt and 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
Divide in 6 parts.
Shape each part around each cheese strip.
Wrap a bacon strip around each log.
Brush with remaining Worcestershire sauce (leaving enough to baste once more). Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes in oblong glass baking dish. Drain on paper towels before serving.
