Christmas Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice, unsweetened
1 c. orange juice, unsweetened
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 fully cooked ham, sliced thick
parsley (optional)
cherries (optional)
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, vegetable oil, vinegar, dry mustard, cloves and ginger; mix well. Place ham in glass dish.
Pour mixture over ham, cover; refrigerate overnight.
Drain ham, reserving liquid.
Place ham in shallow baking pan.
Bake according to ham instructions, basting every 10 minutes with reserved liquid.
Before serving, garnish with parsley and cherries.
