Meringue Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 c. superfine sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
cocoa
6 oz. chocolate
Preparation

Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl at medium speed.
When fluffy, add cream of tartar and salt.
Increase speed to medium high and beat until soft peaks form.
Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time until sugar is completely mixed.
Add vanilla and increase speed to high.
Beat until stiff.
Preheat oven to 225\u00b0.
Squeeze caps and stems with pastry bag.
Sprinkle caps with cocoa powder and bake for 1 hour at 225\u00b0.
Turn off oven and let meringue cool in oven about 1 hour, then remove from pan.
