Parelava - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 c. castor sugar (granulated)
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. corn flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat
    together the egg white, castor sugar, vanilla and vinegar
    for
    2
    minutes.
    Add boiling water; beat for 12 minutes. Gently fold in the baking powder and corn flour; do not beat. Pile
    on
    a foiled, covered tray.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a very slow oven (250\u00b0).
