German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 red potatoes
    1 onion
    6 strips bacon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Boil red potatoes; peel and cut into small chunks.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    In a frying pan, fry bacon, cut into small pieces and fry with chopped onion.
    When onion and bacon are cooked, add salt, flour, sugar, vinegar and water and cook until sauce occurs.
    Pour sauce over potatoes and serve hot.
