Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
    Fold berries with batter and spoon into greased muffin pan.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Yields 15 muffins.
