Ezekiel'S Bread(Ezekiel 4:9) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. wheat flour
2 c. soy bean flour
1/2 c. millet flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
4 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
4 c. barley flour
1 c. cooked and mashed lentils
1/4 c. rye flour
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast, in 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Dissolve the yeast in the water; let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the other ingredients.
Blend lentils, oil and small amounts of water in blender; place into large mixing bowl with remaining water.
Stir in 2 cups of mixed flour.
Place on floured bread board; knead until smooth.
Put in oiled bowl.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Knead again.
Cut dough and shape into loaves. Place in greased pans.
Let rise.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Yields 4 loaves.
