Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. curing salt with sugar
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix together well.
    Shape into a roll and wrap with foil, shiny side out.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator; cut holes in bottom of foil so fat can drip.
    Place on rack in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
