Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    instant potatoes
    4 c. stock (chicken, beef or ham)
    1 large can milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    green onions
    bacon bits
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into cubes.
    Place in stock and cook until almost done.
    Add milk, butter and sour cream.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Thicken with potato flakes if necessary.
    Serve hot. Garnish with green onions, bacon bits and cheese.
