Potato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10-12 potatoes
1 c sour cream
1 c real mayonnaise
1 - 8 oz Velveeta cheese
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Dice and cook potatoes (leave on the peel).
Drain water off potatoes and place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Blend sour cream and mayonnaise together and pour over potatoes.
Cube cheese and drop over mixture.
Sprinkle dish with bacon crumbs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
