Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. pears
1 c. pineapple
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 box Sure-Jell
5 1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Bring fruit, juice and Sure-Jell to rolling boil.
Add sugar. Bring to boil and boil for 1 minute.
Put in sterile jars and seal.
(Make sure to stir constantly.)
