Gourmet Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Soak tarragon in warm water 10 minutes.
    Combine peas, cucumber, salt and tarragon mixture in large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice in small saucepan and heat thoroughly.
    Serve sauce over hot vegetables.
