1 Tbsp. salt
2 c. shortening
Preparation

Combine flour and salt.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Place in covered container.
Store in refrigerator.
Keeps up to one month.
Makes 7 (9-inch) pastry shells.
