Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Brown onion, margarine and steak.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix all together and cook slow until tender.
If desired, just before serving, add 1 cup sour cream.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
