Manicotti With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. manicotti or shells
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce or homemade sauce
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all except manicotti and spaghetti sauce.
    Cook manicotti about 15 minutes (do not overcook).
    Drain well.
    Take cheese mixture and fill each shell (about 2 tablespoons).
    Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Arrange manicotti in single layers.
    Cover with sauce, then cover with tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
