Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo or butter
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped onion or less
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Saute oleo in frying pan, add cooked broccoli and onion and saute about 6 minutes.
    Mix soup, milk and water and put in casserole with broccoli, onion and rice; add salt.
    Put cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
