Lo-Fat Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. light or fat-free cream cheese
    8 oz. finely shredded or grated fat-free Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    sprigs of fresh parsley
Preparation
    Blend all
    ingredients except pecans and parsley. Chill for 1 hour in
    refrigerator.
    Form
    into a ball and roll it in the chopped pecans
    until
    coated. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with lo-cal crackers.
