Easy Mexican Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
-
Brown meat; drain off fat.
Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
Stir in macaroni and all remaining ingredients, except sour cream.
Cover; cook for 20 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Serves 5.
