Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sauerkraut
    1 lb. corned beef
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    black pepper
    1 tomato
    2 slices rye bread, cubed
Preparation
    Combine rice, sauerkraut, the cooked corned beef and 1/2 of the Swiss cheese.
    Stir in Thousand Island dressing.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Arrange tomato slices on top.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Top with rye bread cubes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
