Magenta Madness - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 red cabbage
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. brown mustard
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
8 pkg. Equal (NutraSweet)
Preparation

Shred cabbage very fine. Mash the garlic and salt together. Add pepper and mash again.
Mix in the other ingredients and pour over the shredded cabbage.
Toss.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
This mixture will keep 5 to 6 days or more and it gets better every day!
Makes 8 1/2 cup servings.
