Oklahoma Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices lean bacon, fried crisp
1/2 c. chopped onion, broken into pieces
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. powdered barbecue seasoning
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 (31 oz.) can pork and beans, partially drained
Preparation

In small skillet, fry bacon.
Remove and set aside.
Saute onion and green pepper until onion becomes transparent.
Drain on paper towel.
In large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue seasoning, liquid smoke and dry mustard.
Combine rest of ingredients.
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 to 45 minutes.
