Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. oven-fried Shake 'n Bake mix
    1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Wash potatoes with scrub brush.
    Cut into wedges.
    Melt margarine in
    a
    long
    casserole
    dish.
    Dip
    potato wedges in melted margarine.
    Put
    flour,
    cheese,
    Shake 'n Bake mix and Accent into a
    Ziploc plastic bag.\tShake half the wedges at a time in the coating mix.
    Place wedges in the remainder of the melted margarine and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
