Charley'S Favorite Magic Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (28 oz.) jar Borden mincemeat
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. (1 lb. jar) mixed candied fruit
Preparation

Butter a 9-inch tube pan.
Line with waxed paper.
Butter again.
Sift flour and soda.
Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, fruit and nuts.
Fold in dry ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake in a slow 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until center springs back and top is golden brown.
Cool.
Turn out and remove paper.
