Yummy Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
salt
pepper
flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped scallions
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. dry white cooking wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation

Cut off and discard the wing tips.
Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper and dredge in flour lightly.
Melt butter and olive oil in skillet and saute wings over moderately high heat, turning them after 5 minutes.
When browned, remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
