Tart Tomato Mold(Good With Pork And Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Strain tomatoes; reserve juice.
    Bring juice to boil. Dissolve gelatin in it.
    Put tomatoes and other vegetables (from can) in chopping bowl; chop fine.
    Combine vegetables and gelatin. Add lemon juice (proportion juice to your taste or meat to be served).
    Oil 4 to 6 individual or small molds; pour salad into them.
    Chill for 4 hours.
    Unmold on lettuce leaves.
    Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    (Fits well in Tupperware mold.)
