Ground Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very, very lean ground round
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle sugar into bottom of old black skillet.
    Break meat up in pan.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Stir occasionally until meat has crumbled.
    Brown slightly.
    Add flour and stir thoroughly.
    Add boiling water and stir thoroughly.
    Cover again. Simmer until served.
