Hot Chicken Salad(6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, grated
1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips.
Pile lightly in an 8 1/4 x 1 3/4-inch round casserole or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until mixture is heated and cheese is melted.
