Cooney'S Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 spice pack
    1 can beef or chicken bouillon or soup
    onions, chopped (optional)
    green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Place chops in heavy skillet on medium/high until brown. Remove momentarily.
    Add the rice to the skillet with the spice pack.
    Add 1 can bouillon or soup.
    Mix well.
    Return chops to skillet.
    Spread a little rice and water over chops.
    If desired, add onions or green pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
