Diet Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. fresh dill
    carrot slices
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt and dill in blender. Blend at low speed about 4 minutes or until smooth.
    Pour into dish.
    Serve with celery and carrot sticks or other raw vegetables.
    Makes about 1 cup.
