Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. cheap hamburger
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Spice Islands Old Hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover and refrigerate.
    Stir it well for two days, once each day.
    On the fourth day, mix well and form into 5 rolls, 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Lay on broiler rack.
    Bake 6 hours at 140\u00b0.
    Turn rolls once each hour.
    Use hour hands as it isn't hot.
