Potatoes Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 large onion, peeled and thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes in 1/4-inch slices.
    Oil 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish. Combine 2 cheeses, reserving some for topping.
    Arrange
    potatoes,
    tomatoes
    and
    onion
    slices
    in layers;
    sprinkle
    each layer with cheese and seasonings.
    Dot with
    butter
    and
    bake,
    uncovered,
    at
    400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove
    from oven and sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake for an additional 20 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
