Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes; cool and slice.
    Heat butter, chicken soup, sour cream and onion.
    Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and 2 Tbsp. butter.
    Salt mixture to taste, and spread in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
    Top with corn flakes and melted butter.
    Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 15 servings.
