Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 medium can pimiento
    1 medium can mushrooms
    1 qt. minced stuffed olives
    1 lb. spaghetti
    3/4 lb. cheese
    1 c. minced celery
    1 c. minced green pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken with celery and green peppers.
    Remove from water. After cooling, mince chicken.
    Combine minced chicken, olives and mushrooms.
    Return to broth.
    Add cooked spaghetti and can of chopped tomatoes.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Add grated cheese half hour before serving.
    Cook slowly with salt and pepper to taste.
    (If dish is to be taken out, then pour all into a large casserole before adding cheese.)
