Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. white potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 bag onions
3 Tbsp. celery seed
1/3 c. sweet pickle juice
enough Hellmann's mayonnaise to cover generously
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dice the potatoes.
Chop the celery and onions medium fine. Add celery seed and pickle juice.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
Be sure you use enough mayonnaise to make it moist.
