Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw, cooked rice (not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk (soup can) or cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar cheese spread (8 oz.)
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Thaw broccoli in one cup of water that has been brought to boil.
Saute onion and celery
in butter.
Add soup and can of milk (or mushroom soup) to
onion and celery.
Then add jar of cheese spread.
Simmer for a
minute or so, then add thawed broccoli and rice and season to
taste.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in a moderate oven
(350\u00b0).
Makes
approximately
10 servings and can be made ahead of time.
