Pineapple Inside Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
Preparation

Cream all together the sugar, butter and egg. Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
Mix into creamed mixture alternately with the drained pineapple juice.
Mix well (will be stiff). Fold in the pineapple.
Pour into a greased 8 x 10-inch pan.
