No Bake Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) graham pie shell
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Let sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add all other ingredients and beat about 20 minutes until slightly stiff. Pour into shell and refrigerate for about 4 to 6 hours.
    Top with your favorite fruit filling (cherries, blueberries, apples, etc.).
