Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation

Combine butter, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Add pecans, stirring gently until thoroughly coated.
Spread pecans in a single layer in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Drain pecans on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Let cool.
Store in an airtight container.
Yields 5 cups.
