Roast With English Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Roast
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. water
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Bake roast in glass pan with 1/2 inch fat drippings (ex.) Crisco or suet.
    When done remove roast and set aside, keep warm. Mix flour, salt and evaporated milk diluted with the water.
    Pour into pan drippings.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes until raised and light brown.
    Serve with roast.
