Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced carrots
2/3 c. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Place carrots, salt and water in a shallow pan with close-fitting cover and bake. Serve with butter and lemon juice. Chopped parsley may be added.
