Graham Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks, well beaten
    2 egg whites, softly beaten
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. crushed pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg yolks, pineapple and chopped nuts.
    Add about 3/4 of the graham cracker crumbs into mixture.
    Add
    the egg whites last.
    Cover bottom of pie pan
    with rest
    of
    the
    crumbs.
    Pour
    in
    pudding\tmixture. Refrigerate overnight and serve with whipped cream.
