Seasoned Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Russet potatoes
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 to 2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise into 3 wedges. Place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise over the cut sides of potatoes; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 servings.
