Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice mix
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, brown sausage in skillet.
    Drain excess fat.
    Combine rice, sausage and remaining ingredients in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 10 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
