Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
4 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. margarine (butter)
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and add a little milk.
Combine flour and sugar; add gradually to eggs.
Add remaining milk and coconut; cook until thick (medium heat on stove or microwave).
Remove from heat; add vanilla and margarine.
