Ingredients

1/2 c. rolled oats
2 Tbsp. currants
distilled water
1 banana, sliced
1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
1 grated apple
10 almonds (may use whole or grind in blender)
Preparation

Soak oats and currants in distilled water overnight.
In the morning, pour off water from oats and add remaining ingredients. Stir and enjoy!
