Rouse'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chili meat
    1 medium onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1 heaping tsp. leaf oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    In a Dutch oven, brown meat and onion in a small amount of grease.
    Add tomatoes, bouillon cubes and 1 cup of water.
    Simmer for 1 hour on medium heat.
    Add garlic powder, mustard, oregano, cumin seed, chili powder and 1 cup of water.
    Stir and simmer for 30 more minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup flour and cook until mixture thickens.
    Serve with grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Also delicious over corn chips.
