Chicken Filled Ham Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked chicken
20 thin sliced boiled ham (1 1/2 lb.)
1 lb. mushrooms, diced
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
chopped parsley
Preparation

Divide chicken into 20 portions.
Roll into ham slices. Place, seam down, in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Fry mushrooms until limp. Add flour and stir until bubbly.
