Dirty-Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pineapple, drained
1 tsp. soda
1 c. nuts
2 c. bananas, chopped
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Preparation

Mix together in large bowl; do not beat.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cover with foil the last 20 minutes.
This is moist and keeps well.
