Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion
chili powder
hot sauce to taste
1 large can red kidney beans
2 cans white kidney beans
2 cans navy beans
2 cans black-eyed peas
1 can tomato juice
Preparation
-
Brown hamburger and onion.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve with buttered cornbread with hot applesauce poured over the top.
