Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 to 6 lb.) brisket
    1/4 c. water
    2 large onions
    4 stalks celery, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1 (8 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    3 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0 with rack in lowest third, but not bottom position.
